Solicitation # 25-DC-139476	December 18, 2024 04: 00 PM	November 18, 2024 05: 57 PM		The St. Mary’s County Government seeks technical and cost proposals to provide food services for employees and incarcerated individuals of the St. Mary’s County Detention and Rehabilitation Center (SMCDRC) based on established cycle menus for regular and special or restricted diets. The SMCDRC is a 351-bed local correctional facility. All cooking is to be done on-site from scratch. Food is to be prepared and placed in serving trays for delivery to cell blocks by correctional officers. There is no pre-bid meeting scheduled for this solicitation. This Contract will be based on time and materials consisting of all labor, materials, hand tools and equipment required to complete the job. Pricing for Painting Services shall be inclusive of all fees, surcharges and costs associated with arriving at sites, providing clean-up, hauling and proper disposal of waste and debris at permitted sites.
